The SSZ20-240000/220 powertransformer is,as of 2025,our company's highest-capacity 220kV class three-phase three-winding on-load high-voltage power transformer short-circuit test product.Its capacity is 240,000kVA,and it adopts the ONAN cooling method.By optimizing the number of oil guiding partitions and adding oil inlet holes at the bottom of the core,this product significantly improves heat dissipation efficiency and reduces winding temperature rise.Its technical characteristics,such as strong short-circuit withstand capability,low loss,and low noise,have reached the domestic advanced level.In 2025,it passed the transformer short-circuit capability test conducted by the National Electrical Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center

Precise Control: A constant temperature,constant humidity,and dust-free fully enclosed manufacturing processis adopted to meticulously control product quality.
Temperature Optimization: The unique"Seven-Stage Temperature Control Technology"system is employed,combined with finite element analysis of the temperature field,to fully leverage the performance advantages of various insulating materials.
Low Noise: Targeting the principles of noise generation,proprietary noise reduction measures are applied to different components to ensure that noise levels are superiorto national standards.
