1. Education background: Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, and related majors, with a solid theoretical foundation.

2. Work experience: At least 2 years of work experience; At least 1 year of electrical design experience in hydropower stations, pumping stations, and water plants is preferred.

3. Proficient in using AUTOCAD drawing software and office software.

4. Familiar with relay protection, electrical automatic control, PLC, high/low voltage distribution system design specifications, system configuration, and control principles.

5. Able to independently and proficiently prepare technical documents and electrical construction CAD design drawings.

6. A professional attitude of seriousness, meticulousness, responsibility, and teamwork, strong language expression ability, good communication skills, and strong motivation.
